Our History

The Training and Consulting Center "Lenax" was founded in 1992 in Gliwice and is listed in the register of non-public continuing education units. Pedagogical supervision over the company is exercised by the Silesian Education Superintendent in Katowice, who in 2010 granted the "Lenax" Center accreditation, which gives the right to conduct continuing education.

The company name defines the profile of its activities, i.e. training in full scope and consulting in the field of labor law, HR, payroll and social insurance. We conduct health and safety training and provide external health and safety services and supervision in companies. We also conduct courses in the assembly of construction scaffolding and courses in the operation of backhoe loaders and other machines for earthworks, construction and road works.

Lenax cooperates closely with numerous scientific institutions and state institutions. In the years 2003-2007, the company was distinguished by the Central Institute for Labor Protection - National Research Institute, awarding it the Certificate of Recognition of Competence of the Educational Unit in the field of health and safety training and the Certificate of Accreditation of the Regional Health and Safety Center No. RO-5/2009, in the field of providing training and consulting services in the field of occupational health and safety.

The certificate confirms the competence of Regional Health and Safety Centers in accordance with the concept and criteria of the program entitled "Increasing the degree of implementation of EU directives in the field of health and safety at work in Polish enterprises", implemented in 2008 as part of the Transition Facility 2005/017-488.01.05 project entitled: "Strengthening the health and safety service". The project was designed to select a unit in each voivodeship that meets the rigors of quality in action, professionalism and competence. Lenax, operating in the network of Regional Health and Safety Centers, represents the Silesian Voivodeship.

In 2006, the company obtained accreditation from the Institute of Mechanization of Construction and Rock Mining in Warsaw (currently the Łukasiewicz Research Network Institute of Mechanization of Construction and Rock Mining in Warsaw).
