Remote-training scope

Not every course can be delivered online.

The groups and limitations are set out below. Remote coursework does not replace on-the-job instruction or practical exercises required by the curriculum.

    Periodic - administrative and office staff

    Periodic training for office workers in a complete online format, with certificate and documentation.
  2. 02

    Periodic - engineering and technical staff

    For engineers and technicians, with material addressing machinery, equipment and technical-process safety. Online exam and certificate.
  3. 03

    Periodic - employers and managers

    Required training for employers and people managing employees, online at a convenient time.
  4. 04

    Periodic - OHS services

    For OHS specialists and people performing OHS-service tasks. Current regulations, case law and practice without travel.
  5. 05

    Initial - general instruction

    General safety principles through remote instruction. This does not replace complete initial training: the employer must also arrange job-specific instruction at the workplace.
  6. 06

    Fire safety and first aid

    Fire protection and first-aid training: theory online, practical exercises in Gliwice or at the client’s premises.

Questions and answers

Is periodic OHS training online legally valid?
Directed self-study is available for administrative and office staff (subject to statutory exceptions), engineering and technical staff, employers, managers and OHS services. Periodic training for manual workers must be conducted in person; we do not offer this group online.
How often must periodic training be renewed?
The maximum interval is 3 years for manual workers (annually for particularly hazardous work), 5 years for employers, managers, engineering and technical staff and OHS services, and 6 years for administrative and office staff who are required to train (§ 15 of the regulation).
What are the penalties for missing training?
Since 8 July 2026, art. 283 § 1 of the Labour Code provides for fines of PLN 2,000 to PLN 60,000 for OHS violations. Failure to provide required training may be found by the National Labour Inspectorate.
How do the exam and certificate work?
After the e-learning module, you take an online test and receive an electronic certificate. Practical UDT exams take place in person; the format of qualification exams depends on the relevant committee.
