OHS supervision
Ongoing support of an OHS specialist in your company: workplace inspections, audits, day-to-day advice and representation during State Labour Inspectorate (PIP) checks. We act as your external OHS service as required by the Polish Labour Code.

Assessment of your company's safety status: documentation, workstations and procedures. You receive a report with conclusions and a concrete corrective action plan - before an inspection, not after one.
OHS and labour law consulting
Free consulting on occupational health & safety and labour law for our serviced companies. We help interpret regulations, prepare policies and make informed decisions on employee safety.
Occupational risk assessment
We prepare and maintain occupational risk assessment documentation for all positions - with job characterisation cards and protective measure recommendations, as required by law.
OHS and accident documentation
We maintain and complete accident documentation: accident protocols, workplace accident registers, workstation instructions and all other OHS documentation required from employers.
OHS training
Initial and periodic training for all employee groups - on-site in Gliwice or online on our e-learning platform. We also run fire safety and first aid courses.

Does every company in Poland have to provide OHS services?
Yes. Under the Polish Labour Code, the employer is responsible for occupational health and safety, and with more than 100 employees - or positions involving particular hazards - an OHS service must be established. Its tasks can be delegated to an external specialist; that is exactly what we offer.
Which area do you cover?
Our office is located in Gliwice (ul. Mikołowska 7). We serve companies in Gliwice and across the Silesian region, including Zabrze, Katowice, Bytom and Sosnowiec. We travel to the client's premises.
How much does OHS supervision cost?
The quote depends on the number of employees, the nature of your business and the scope of services. We prepare an individual offer after a short call - contact us to receive one.
Do you also provide training?
