Does outsourced OHS service replace hiring an in-house OHS specialist?
Not in every company. The Polish Labour Code allows OHS service tasks to be delegated to an external specialist if there are no competent employees. The appropriate arrangement depends on the workplace. Outsourcing does not remove the employer's responsibility for OHS.
